Yorkshire Building Society is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for Birmingham and Wolverhampton branches. You’ll build meaningful relationships with members, helping them choose products and services to meet goals, from saving for a trip to planning for the future.

You’ll communicate across in-branch, phone, and online channels to support accounts, focusing on what’s right for members with no pressure from sales targets. This role requires flexibility to work between two locations.
