Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a growing team in Crewe, Cheshire. The role is a full-time position (40 hours per week) on a 7-day rota with variable start and finish times.

You will handle inbound inquiries, provide solutions, and support customers with empathy. The ideal candidate has experience in customer service or a service-focused environment and is confident with computers and new systems.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service, contact centres, retail or hospitality.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Positive, professional and customer-focused approach.
• Confident using computers and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Able to stay calm and organized in a busy environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take ownership.
