Customer Service Advisor –6689

Location: Cirencester
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 to 5
Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum

Overview

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Advisor who is confident handling inbound calls and supporting customers with a friendly, solutions-focused approach. This role combines customer contact with administrative support, logistics coordination and relationship management. It is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day and is interested in developing into a future sales role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
  • Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records across internal systems
  • Process orders and support logistics teams with scheduling and dispatch updates
  • Resolve issues efficiently while keeping customers updated throughout
  • Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a high level of service at all times
  • Produce documentation, reports and general administrative support
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
  • Support the sales team with lead nurturing and product information when required
  • Optional progression into a sales-focused position once fully trained
Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Confident communicator with a professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
  • Good attention to detail with strong written and numerical ability
