Berry Recruitment are recruiting for Customer Service Advisors for our client based in Durham. This is a 12 month fixed-term contract with potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

In a structured, process-driven environment, you will handle calls, emails, and enquiries, maintain accurate records, and support a high-performing team delivering excellent service. You will work shifts 8:00-11:30 to 16:00-20:00, 37.5 hours weekly, with weekends.
