Job summary

Lawrence Dean Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor in Stevenage to handle inbound calls, process orders and resolve queries. The role is a temporary contract through the peak season with various November start dates and end dates through December 2026.

We offer full training, weekly pay, £13.50 per hour plus holiday pay, free onsite parking and a staff restaurant. Overtime and retention bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• Friendly, polite and professional demeanor.
• Experience in customer service environment.
• Confident with various systems.
• Ability to commit to a contract through 24 December 2026.
• Saturday availability.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers and potential customers by phone to process orders, advise on technical issues or handle complaints.
• Provide a consistently high level of customer care in an efficient, accurate and helpful manner.
• Deal with delivery problems by liaising with customers and couriers.
• Work across multiple systems.
