Job summary

Vincere is assisting a Durham-based client to hire Customer Service Advisors on a temporary ongoing basis, with the potential to convert to a permanent role for the right candidate. You will join a friendly team in central Durham, delivering high-quality service and using internal systems to assist customers.

Shifts run 8am–8pm, Monday to Sunday, with a 4-day workweek option and both full-time (37 hours) and part-time (27.5 hours) patterns.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full paid training provided.
