A customer-focused recruitment agency in Wolverhampton is seeking a Customer Service Advisor. This role is part of a vibrant team, where you’ll provide customer support via phone and email, process orders, and collaborate with departments like Warehouse and Operations. Candidates should have experience in customer service and knowledge of Microsoft Office, with Shopify experience as a plus. This position initially offers a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of a permanent role in the future.

This role is apart of a busy and vibrant team, lead by THE BEST Customer Service Management team!
Daily duties include :
Previous experience in a customer service role is required along with knowledge of Microsoft Office and a huge bonus of Shopify
The initial contract will be a 12 month fixed term covering maternity HOWEVER they have won a big contract which starts next year so apply yourself and you could 100% obtain a permanent contract!
Salary - £25,000
Working hours - Monday to Thursday 9-5, Fridays 8.30-4.30
