Job summary

People Solutions is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor for its West Bromwich site in the West Midlands. This Permanent role offers a salary of £26,000–£28,000 and a Monday–Friday 9am–5pm schedule, with no weekend work.

You will handle a high volume of customer enquiries and complaints via telephone and email, taking ownership to resolve issues and maintain excellent service. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you progress within the Complaints Department in a busy manufacturing

Customer Service Advisor - West Bromwich -£26,000 - £28,000 per annum -Permanent

People Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established business based in West Bromwich, West Midlands.

This is a busy, varied position working within the Complaints Department, managing a high volume of customer enquiries and complaints across both telephone and email.

We are looking for someone who is confident dealing with challenging situations, can manage multiple priorities and takes ownership of customer issues through to resolution.

The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

• A proactive approach to problem-solving
• Good attention to detail
• The ability to liaise effectively with multiple departments
• Previous experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment would be advantageous
