💼 Position: Customer Services Officer
📍 Location: Slough
🕒 Hours: Flexible ad-hoc shifts (Full-time & Part-time available)
💰 Pay: £12.44 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service – offering information, support, and a friendly ear
• Handle a variety of reception duties including answering calls, processing payments, logging repairs, and managing post
• Take responsibility for safety and wellbeing as a trained First Aider and Fire Marshal – conducting regular checks and patrols
• Support residents, service users, and visitors – creating a positive and inclusive environment for all
