Job summary

Edwards Employment Solutions Ltd is hiring an Inbound Customer Service Advisor to join a busy Sheffield team. You will answer inbound calls, input data into bespoke software, and deliver excellent service while resolving queries with care.

No call centre experience required as full training and ongoing support are provided. Shifts are ad-hoc, with part-time or full-time options and flexibility to cover days, earlies and lates.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with experience in retail, hospitality, office, or call centre.
• Confident IT user.
• Ability to handle challenging conversations.
• No call centre experience? Full training provided.
