Job summary

Halfords in Oban is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to welcome customers, manage bookings in our in-house system, and discuss technical concerns.

The role requires a proven track record in customer service, IT literacy, and a full UK driving licence with fewer than 9 points; experience in an Autocentre is a plus.

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• IT literate with ability to use in-house systems.
• Able to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly.
• Experience working towards and achieving targets.
• Ideally experience in an Autocentre environment; full driving licence with <9 points.
