Job summary

Halfords Garage Services is expanding in Fusion centres, upgrading with the latest facilities to lead the way in customer care and a great working environment. You’ll be the welcoming face for customers, handling job bookings in our in‑house system and addressing any technical questions they have.

This role offers a base salary of £30,810–£34,060 with an uncapped monthly bonus averaging £2,900 per year, 5 days a week and 44 hours, plus 5.6 weeks’ leave and extensive staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• IT literate with ability to use in-house systems.
• Able to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly.
• Experience working towards and achieving targets.
• Ideally, experience in an Autocentre environment.
• Must have a full driving licence with less than 9 points; role involves collection and delivery of vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage bookings in the in-house system.
• Discuss technical concerns with customers and provide clear guidance.
• Support the service team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Contribute to achieving targets and maintaining high service standards.
