Job summary

Halfords Careers in the UK is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Glasgow to greet customers, book jobs in our in-house system, and address technical questions they may have.

The role offers a base salary of £31,000 with an uncapped monthly bonus averaging £3,900 per year, aiming at an OTE of £34,900. You will work 44 hours per week with generous leave and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• IT literate.
• Able to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly.
• Experience working towards and achieving targets.
• Ideally, experience in an Autocentre environment.
• Must have a full driving licence with less than 9 points as role will include collection and delivery of vehicles.
