Job summary

Halfords is the UK's largest automotive service, maintenance and repair business. We offer great career opportunities, benefits and an uncapped bonus scheme.

You will earn a base salary of £31,000 with on-target earnings up to £34,900 and an uncapped monthly bonus averaging £3,900 per year. The role is 5 days a week, 44 hours per week, with a refer a friend scheme available.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• IT literate with ability to use systems and processes.
• Able to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly.
• Experience working towards and achieving targets.
• Ideally experience in an Autocentre environment.
• Must have a full driving licence with fewer than 9 points as the role includes collection and delivery of vehicles.
