Job summary

Halfords Group PLC in Oban is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to warmly greet customers, take bookings in our in-house system and address technical questions.

The role is 44 hours per week across 5 days, with a base salary of £29,080 and an uncapped monthly bonus scheme. On-target earnings up to £32,980, plus benefits and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• IT literate and comfortable using in-house systems.
• Experience working towards and achieving targets.
• Autocentre environment experience preferred.
• Must have a full driving licence with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and handle bookings in the in-house system.
• Discuss technical concerns and advise customers on services.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and workplace professionalism.

Skills and Experience

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service

• Ideally, experience in an Autocentre environment
• Must have a full drivers licence with less than 9 points as role will include collection and delivery of vehicles
