A logistics company in the UK is seeking a customer service representative to manage shipment quotes and track deliveries. In this fast-paced role, you will liaise with agents and resolve issues while providing excellent customer service. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Excel. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with a salary range of £26,000 to £27,500 annually.
This is a very fast pased role which entails quoting customers to send shipments all around the UK and internationally to best suit their needs. This includes liaising with agents and hauliers, following through from quote, to booking to delivery.
Tracking shipments and resolving issues that may arise on route.
Guiding customers on documents, clearance requirements and transit times.
Providing clearance information to agents.
Ability to calculate volumetric weights of shipments and price accordingly.
Answering the phone to deal with enquiries.
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
Salary £26,000-£27,500pa
