Job description

We are recruiting a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our Bumblebee EV team in our East Kilbride office.

Hours

Full time: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm

About the role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the face of Bumblebee and provide our customers with exceptional service from first contact. You will also assist across departments to help facilitate a smooth and effective service.

This role will suit someone with a positive and outgoing personality who loves to give the best customer service they can, every time. A keen eye for detail and a calm approach to a busy and fast-paced environment will be essential for the successful candidate.

Day-to-day duties

  • Responding to email and telephone queries in a timely manner
  • Assisting with customer complaints
  • Managing ticket assignment within our CRM system
  • Responding to customer and internal sales enquiries regarding order and stock status updates, including promptly issuing any test certificates
  • Liaising with other internal departments including Logistics and Sales to ensure timely order flow management
  • Managing daily inbound calls and diverting where required
