Job Description

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor in East Kilbride. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, working 5 days over 7.

What You'll Do
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails, ensuring a top-tier customer experience.
  • Accurately input customer orders using AS400/SAP systems.
  • Maintain and update trackers, reports, and customer data files.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Production Planning, Commercial, MMID) to resolve service issues.
  • Follow structured processes and standard operating procedures to drive continuous improvement.
