Job summary

Huntress is seeking a Customer Service & Connections Advisor in Cambuslang to join a busy team. You will be a key contact for customers, handling enquiries, providing information and resolving issues with a professional service.

The role offers full training, a Monday–Friday schedule and an opportunity to develop within a supportive environment. This is a temporary, full-time position with potential for extension.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, customer support, administration or a contact centre environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A friendly, professional and confident approach.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to manage several tasks.
• The ability to stay calm and helpful when dealing with challenging queries.
• Good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and computer systems.
• A positive, team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with customer enquiries by phone, email and online
• Providing clear and accurate information to customers
• Investigating and resolving queries, making sure issues are followed through
• Building positive relationships with customers and internal teams
• Keeping customer records and systems up to date
• Escalating more complex issues when required Supporting new customer connections and onboarding
• Working with colleagues to provide a smooth and efficient service
