As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping with a wide range of queries and making sure every interaction is handled positively and professionally. You’ll speak to customers across telephone, email, WhatsApp, live chat and social media, so there’s plenty of variety in the role. During busy periods, you’ll handle a high volume of calls alongside digital enquiries, so you’ll need to be comfortable working at pace while still providing a great customer experience.
We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor who is naturally empathetic, calm and confident when speaking to customers. You’ll need:
Previous experience in customer service, retail, healthcare or another customer-facing environment would be great, but it’s not essential if you have the right approach and communication skills.
You’ll receive structured training and plenty of support when you start. Your training will give you the opportunity to learn the systems, processes and customer service approach before gradually taking on more responsibility, so you’ll have the support you need as you settle into the role.
This Customer Service Advisor role is based in Nottingham and is fully office based, with no option for hybrid or remote working.
You’ll work 37.5 hours per week, with shifts covering:
Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 6:30pm
Saturday: 8:45am - 5:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am - 5:00pm
Flexibility is essential, as you’ll work two full weekends in every four-week rotation, with time off during the week and two full weekends off. Please note: Due to the busy nature of the role, annual leave cannot be authorised during the Black Friday period, so applicants will need to be available to work during this particularly busy time.
