A customer service-oriented company in Tonbridge is looking for a first point of contact candidate for incoming calls and enquiries. You will provide quotations and advice, support sales and marketing activities, and ensure efficient office administration. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a natural customer focus. A competitive remuneration package is available, reflecting skills and experience. Monday to Friday work schedule.
This is a full time, permanent position based in Tonbridge, Kent.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for incoming calls, enquiries, and will provide quotations and advice to customers. They will work closely with the Commercial Manager while liaising with the Operations Controller and other departments to ensure targets are met and a high level of customer service is provided.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday.
