Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM | 25 hours per week

We are looking for a friendly and professional
Customer Service Administrator to join our team at the new
Royal Tunbridge Wells Clinic. In this role, your excellent communication skills—whether face-to-face or over the phone—will be essential in creating a positive experience for our patients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
As a
Customer Service Administrator, you will:
- Warmly welcome patients and visitors, guiding them to the right departments.
- Manage telephone and email inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Handle patient correspondence while adhering to service quality standards and GDPR regulations.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
Essential
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in high-end hospitality or an administrative role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Desirable
- Experience working as an administrator in a clinical setting.
