Clinical Partners is on a mission to help patients and families in distress to access the mental health services they need.
In the UK we are experiencing growing waiting lists for ADHD and Autism services nationwide. Some patients are on waiting lists as long as 20 years! This is why we specialize in ADHD and Autism and are working hard to provide patients with high quality, efficient care. We are growing our team, so we expand our services and provide more assessments.
We are looking for a Patient Services Administrator to join our Titration team and provide frontline telephone, email and chat support for Clinical Partners patients to ensure a smooth patient journey and high-quality care. This involves dealing sensitively with patients, clinical professionals, carers and families by taking telephone calls, booking patient/clinic appointments, signposting parents/carers and professionals, administering Salesforce and other patient service specific administration duties.
