In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing customer enquiries, processing orders, and supporting internal teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery. You’ll act as a key point of contact for customers, helping to maintain strong relationships and providing professional support across all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a professional manner
  • Process orders accurately and update internal systems with customer and order information
  • Liaise with internal teams such as operations, logistics, and sales to ensure timely delivery and resolution of issues
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and other business systems
Assist with scheduling and coordination where required
