Customer Sales Consultant – Worthing, West Sussex – Full time, Permanent – Remote
£25,500 per year plus uncapped commission structure

Join our dynamic Customer Sales Team at Bluecrest. We’re looking for exceptional individuals to join our vibrant Sales Support Advisor team. Led by our Customer Service Manager, Lou, you’ll be the first point of contact for both potential and existing customers across our B2B, B2C and SP Networks. You will drive sales, deliver outstanding customer service, and forge strong, lasting relationships.

Your day-to-day duties
  • Managing inbound sales enquiries from customers across B2B, B2C and Strategic Partners, and identifying opportunities to personalise our products.
  • Making warm outbound calls to existing B2C customers to encourage utilisation of our services.
  • Making warm outbound calls to existing B2B customers to encourage utilisation of their employee benefit.
  • Taking accountability and achieving all required customer interaction SLAs.
  • Taking accountability and achieving all current sales KPIs.
  • Being open and proactive to coaching, feedback and sales skills training.
  • Achieving an industry-standard Quality Assurance score of 95%
  • Adhering to ISO 9001 and internal sales policies

Hours
  • Full time, Permanent
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Hours can fall any day between Monday and Sunday
  • Monday to Friday: 7am – 8pm; Saturday and Sunday: 8am – 5.30pm
  • Weekends are rotational; you may work 2/6 weekends
  • First day at Worthing Head Office; remote work with potential attendance at office locations as required
Requirements

  • Experience in a contact centre sales-focused role (inbound or outbound)
  • Ability to listen attentively and tailor packages to customer needs
  • Flexibility to adapt to different customer types and styles in a fast-paced environment
  • Dynamic and performance/results-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent sales/persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Team player with a professional telephone manner
  • Personal integrity and pride in work
  • Excellent planning and organisation; ability to work under pressure
  • Interest in health care is desirable
  • All roles require satisfactory criminal record check as part of onboarding
