Ipsum is seeking a proactive Customer Renewals Advisor in Wakefield to manage the end-to-end renewal process and renew contracts on time, while building strong relationships with customers to support retention and growth.

This customer-facing role requires excellent communication and the ability to discuss services by phone and online. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth renewal experience and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, or account management within the Utilities, Power, or Construction sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
• Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end contract renewal process, including issuing renewal documentation.
• Proactively engage with customers to secure renewals and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and growth.
• Present services and renewal options through phone and online meetings.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally and effectively.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and accurate renewal experience.
