Job summary

hireful is seeking an Insurance Renewals Advisor to handle inbound calls, support online sales and help retain customers considering cancellation. The role is 100% remote from the UK, with 37.5 hours per week and a rotating pattern that may include weekend work. Onboarding starts 23 November.

Applicants should have call centre experience; sales or retention in insurance renewals is desirable and you will deliver compliant, customer-focused service under FCA standards.

Qualifications

• Previous call centre experience is essential.
• Experience in sales, customer retention, insurance renewals or a target-driven customer service environment is highly desirable.
