Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer retention, service, account management, and insurance.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle a portfolio of smaller and medium sized insurances/clients.
• Telephoning clients prior to renewal and conducting a pre-renewal fact find.
• Calculate and deliver renewal premiums.
• Negotiate and secure a further 12 months of cover.
• Agree payment methods and arrange finance of renewal premium if required.
• Cross-sell policies the client does not currently have.
• Meet KPIs including renewal retention, rate changes and cross-sell penetration.
• Provide a quality service advising, arranging and securing appropriate cover.
• Take instructions from clients and senior staff when appropriate.
• Check policy documents for accuracy prior to receipt by clients.
• Obtain quotations for new and renewal business.
