Skipton Building Society is recruiting a Customer Relationship Consultant to join our Preston branch on a permanent basis. The role focuses on engaging customers, understanding their needs and guiding them through our savings products and services.

You will conduct My Review appointments, both in-branch and remotely, to help customers achieve their financial goals while delivering a first-class service. The position is full-time (36 hours per week) with a salary of £26,750 per annum and a strong

• Experience interacting with customers in person or over the phone.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to listen and identify needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand needs and tailor solutions while ensuring best outcomes for customer and society.
• Be the first point of contact in branch with enthusiasm and a helpful approach.
• Conduct 'My Review' appointments in person, virtually or by telephone.
• Proactively contact customers to discuss needs and products/services.
• Educate customers on range of products and services and how to engage with us.
