Skipton Building Society invites applications for a Customer Relationship Consultant to support customers at Chester and West Kirby branches. The role focuses on listening to customer needs, presenting savings products and services, and guiding customers through My Review appointments to discuss financial goals in a friendly manner.

The position offers a permanent contract, with a 36-hour week and a salary of £26,750 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities to engage with customers

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with customers, in person or over the phone.
• Experience in a contact centre, retail, hospitality or health sector is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand needs and tailor solutions to their financial goals.
• Act as first point of contact in branch with enthusiasm and a helpful attitude.
• Conduct My Review appointments face to face, virtually or by telephone.
• Proactively contact customers to discuss needs and products.
