• Experience interacting with customers.
• Experience in a Contact Centre environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Be the First Point of Contact: warmly welcome customers in-branch and over the phone, making a positive first impression.
• Engage and Understand customers’ needs to provide tailored solutions.
• Listen carefully and tailor solutions to meet customer circumstances and goals.
• Proactive outreach to customers by phone to discuss support options.
• Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems, including safeguarding vulnerable customers.
• Adhere to policies and participate in training to support your role.
