Skipton Building Society is hiring a Customer Service Consultant at our Preston branch to support 36 hours per week. This fixed-term contract runs until 05 October 2027, offering a friendly, service‑driven environment with opportunities to help customers achieve their financial goals.

You will be the first point of contact for branch and phone enquiries, listening to customer needs and providing tailored information about savings products and services.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with customers across various channels.
• Background in contact centre or branch-based customer service preferred.
• Able to tailor solutions and explain savings products clearly.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact in-branch and over the phone.
