Job summary

Skipton Building Society is hiring a Customer Relationship Consultant to support branch operating hours in Chester and West Kirby. The role is permanent, full-time (36 hours per week), paying £26,750 per annum, with a range of benefits.

You will engage with customers to understand needs, present savings products and services, and conduct My Review appointments face to face, virtually, or by telephone.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with customers in branch or contact centre environments.
• Strong communication and listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Ability to explain products and services clearly and confidently.

Responsibilities
