Job summary

Skipton Building Society is recruiting a Customer Relationship Consultant for our London branch. You will engage customers, understand their needs and explain our savings products during in-branch, virtual or telephone conversations.

This role focuses on delivering a first-class service, helping customers set financial goals and guiding them to suitable products while using My Review appointments and all available channels.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with customers.
• Experience in a Contact Centre environment.
• Experience in retail, hospitality or health sectors.
• Ability to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with customers to understand needs and tailor solutions.
• Acting as the first point of contact in branch with enthusiasm.
• Conducting ‘My Review’ appointments face to face, virtually or by telephone.
• Proactively contacting customers to discuss needs and opportunities.
• Educating customers on products and services and available channels.
• Maintaining accurate records in internal systems and supporting vulnerable customers.
• Adhering to policies and using coaching to inform actions.
