Job summary

Skipton Building Society is recruiting a Customer Relationship Consultant to join our Harrogate & Wetherby branches on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, present our full savings range, and conduct My Review appointments, delivering a friendly, proactive service across in-branch, virtual and telephone channels.

The role is full time (36 hours per week) with a salary of £27,000 per annum, based in Harrogate & Wetherby, and closes on 3

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with customers in person or by phone.
• Able to work in a team with a positive, customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent time management to handle busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to identify needs and tailor solutions.
• Be first point of contact in branch with enthusiasm.
• Conduct My Review appointments face to face, virtually or by phone.
• Proactively contact customers by phone to discuss needs.
• Educate customers on products and channels available.
• Maintain accurate customer records and identify vulnerable customers.
• Adhere to policies and escalate appropriately.
