Job summary

Skipton Building Society is hiring a Customer Relationship Consultant at our Harrogate and Wetherby branches. You will engage customers, understand financial goals, and discuss savings products in person, virtually, or by telephone. You’ll maintain records, educate on options, and support vulnerable customers with a friendly, proactive approach.

This 12-month fixed-term role is full-time (36 hours/week) with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand needs and tailor solutions for their circumstances.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch with enthusiasm.
• Conduct 'My Review' appointments face to face, virtually, or by telephone.
• Proactively contact customers by phone to discuss needs.
• Educate customers on products, services and engagement channels.
• Maintain customer records in internal systems and identify vulnerable customers.
• Adhere to policies and controls relevant to the role.
