Qualifications

• Experience interacting with customers in person or by phone.
• Experience in a contact centre environment is a plus.
• Background in retail, hospitality, or health/care sectors is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact, greeting customers in-branch and by phone.
• Engage and understand customers’ needs to provide tailored solutions.
• Listen carefully and offer personalized financial options.
• Proactively reach out to customers by phone to discuss requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records and support vulnerable customers.
• Adhere to policies with training and coaching support.
