Overview

Join Our Client as a Temporary Customer Relations Administrator in Newcastle City Centre. This is a 3-month temporary role with a starting ASAP date and a minimum commitment of 3 months. Working hours are Monday to Friday, full time. Hourly rate is £13, paid through Office Angels on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely receipt and sharing of information related to complaints and queries, supporting the achievement of complaint handling targets.
  • Collect feedback to help continually improve offerings.
  • Perform general administration duties when required.
