Michael Page is seeking a Customer Onboarding Representative to help new customers start smoothly and confidently in Shipley. You will handle queries, set up accounts, and ensure data accuracy for a seamless onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, data processing, data entry, customer account management, or billing administration.
• Proven ability with Excel, databases and business systems to manage records accurately.
• Demonstrable track record of delivering precise work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist new customers with account setup and onboarding processes.
• Respond to customer queries and provide clear, helpful guidance.
• Set up new customer accounts following mobilisation of new client contracts.
• Process and validate customer data across multiple systems and databases.
• Review information for accuracy and completeness before entering into live systems.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies through research with internal teams.
• Update and maintain customer records in line with company procedures.
• Work to daily and weekly productivity and quality targets.
• Ensure customer account information is accurate and ready for billing and communications.
• Support onboarding of new customers and developments.
• Maintain accurate records and audit trails of work completed.
