Business Stream Ltd in Edinburgh Park is seeking an Onboarding Adviser to own customer account information and ensure onboarding and offboarding are accurate and timely. You’ll manage transfers, occupancy changes, new connections and disputes, coordinating with customers, wholesalers and colleagues to maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused, organised and able to handle detailed information in a busy environment.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Understanding of how to enhance the customer experience.
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines and KPIs.
• Experience using billing or case management systems.
• Strong problem-solving, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Confident communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Flexible, collaborative approach to supporting team priorities.
