Customer Marketing Executive Responsibilities
- Lead customer acquisition efforts across multiple touchpoints, including website, in-store, and digital channels
- Develop and execute a robust activity plan to grow loyalty programme and increase customer spend
- Analyse performance metrics, customer insights and market trends to shape effective campaigns
- Use customer feedback and analytics to refine and enhance the loyalty journey, focusing on engagement, retention and satisfaction
- Manage rewards and offers to ensure they align with customer expectations and deliver value
- Monitor the return on investment for all loyalty activities and share regular performance updates with stakeholders
- Develop and manage and communications calendar for loyalty-related initiatives
- Gather and respond to internal and customer feedback to drive ongoing improvements
- Work collaboratively across departments to implement new processes and continuously improve ways of working based on competitor research and team input
- Handle administrative duties such as processing payments and ensuring data is managed securely and ethically
Customer Marketing Executive Skills & Experience
- Solid understanding on customer behaviour and loyalty programme strategies
- Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading abilities
- Collaborate mindset with the ability to build relationships across various teams
- Familiarity with CRM tools and loyalty platforms is desirable
