A new exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Marketing Executive to join this successful and renowned company, to play a key role in driving customer engagement and revenue.

Customer Marketing Executive Responsibilities

  • Lead customer acquisition efforts across multiple touchpoints, including website, in-store, and digital channels
  • Develop and execute a robust activity plan to grow loyalty programme and increase customer spend
  • Analyse performance metrics, customer insights and market trends to shape effective campaigns
  • Use customer feedback and analytics to refine and enhance the loyalty journey, focusing on engagement, retention and satisfaction
  • Manage rewards and offers to ensure they align with customer expectations and deliver value
  • Monitor the return on investment for all loyalty activities and share regular performance updates with stakeholders
  • Develop and manage and communications calendar for loyalty-related initiatives
  • Gather and respond to internal and customer feedback to drive ongoing improvements
  • Work collaboratively across departments to implement new processes and continuously improve ways of working based on competitor research and team input
  • Handle administrative duties such as processing payments and ensuring data is managed securely and ethically

Customer Marketing Executive Skills & Experience

  • Solid understanding on customer behaviour and loyalty programme strategies
  • Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
