Annual salary: up to £28,000.00

Customer Liaison Officer

Aberdeen – field based

Salary up to £28,000 per annum plus commercial vehicle and fuel card

Full time – Permanent, 40hrs per week, Monday to Friday

About the Role:

Due to a new contract win we are looking at hiring a Customer Liaison Officer to join our team in Brechin. This role will be working closely with site management, surveyors and tenants. The main duties will include ensuring properties are ready for install, ensuring the tenants are kept fully up to date and know what work will be undertaken, ensuring the tenant is happy throughout from start to finish and also completely aftercare with the tenant once the work is completed.

This role is to positively represent Mears, working closely with the contract operational team and customers daily. Provide front facing support and advice as required and delivering proactive communication throughout the works life cycle. Putting the customer at the heart of everything we do; ensuring we meet the needs of the business, our clients and our customers.

Role Criteria:

  • Social housing experience
  • Have work on multi contracts
  • Understand needs of everyone on social housing from tenant to operations
  • Subcontract experience
  • Multitask – ability to prioritise
  • Full UK driving license

All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.

Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before commencement of employment.

To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
