• Strong experience with real customer or consumer data.
• Experience working with large datasets.
• Ability to turn data into clear insight and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer behaviour across various channels.
• Provide actionable insights for Marketing and Trading.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Looker.

Skills

Strong SQL skills (BigQuery preferred)

Strong analytical skills

Experience using Python

Ability to build dashboards

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving skills

Familiarity with A/B testing principles

Excellent communication skills

Education

At least 2 years’ experience in a customer insight role
