A leading retail company in the United Kingdom is seeking a Data Strategy Lead to drive their data-driven personalisation efforts. This role involves spearheading the data enhancement agenda, fostering collaboration across teams, and integrating external insights to create a comprehensive understanding of customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data strategy, retail analytics, and excellent stakeholder management skills, combined with analytical proficiency in SQL and Python. The position allows for hybrid working arrangements.

In this role, you’ll deliver impact by forging a strong partnership with Technology—co‑creating a single, integrated plan that brings together data, platforms, and analytics into seamless, scalable solutions.
You’ll act as the key liaison between business teams consuming customer data and product owners within Technology, ensuring prioritised requirements are fed into the roadmap to enable our Personalisation strategy.
