Orion Electrotech is seeking a organised Sales Administrator to join our operations team in Chippenham. You will support customers, process orders accurately, and liaise with Production, Logistics and Sales to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Admin or order processing roles.
• Proficient with ERP/MRP/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Process customer orders from receipt through to delivery.
• Provide customers with order updates, lead times and delivery information.
• Manage order queries, returns, and account-related enquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information in the ERP system.
• Collaborate with Production, Logistics and Sales to ensure smooth order progression.
