Job summary

You will liaise with the Project Manager and customers, prepare shop packages, organize meetings and provide timely status updates and minutes. A technical degree, strong communication and SAP/MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through strip, overhaul, repair and upgrade while ensuring delivery and margin.
• Develop and issue shop packages and coordinate their progress.
• Communicate with Project Manager, plant departments and customers for timely status.
• Organise meetings and issue minutes; maintain records of communications.
• Provide project plans and status updates for forecasting and cash flow control.
