Job summary

Partnership Recruiting is seeking a Project Co-ordinator to join the team at our client’s manufacturing facility in Glasgow. The role supports the Project Manager in coordinating technical information between internal departments and the customer team to ensure timely information flow and delivery against deadlines.

You will plan milestones, manage documents via portal systems, and lead handover and kick-off meetings with internal and external teams to ensure requirements are understood and

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in sub-contract building industry (or similar role).
• Strong IT literacy with MS Excel & Project Management Tools.
• Education Level: High School Qualifications or bachelor's degree.
• Working Knowledge of Current Scottish/UK Building regulations (preferred).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Review Client contract documents to understand the project requirements.
• Review and plan out project milestones working with internal teams.
• Ensure all relevant documents are available to the technical teams and the client through online portal systems.
• Plan and conduct Hand-Over and Kick-Off meetings with technical teams both internal and external to ensure project requirements are understood.

We are currently recruiting for a Project Co-ordinator to join the existing technical team at our client's manufacturing facility in Glasgow.

This is an exciting time to be joining the business at a time of growth and will be a great opportunity to work with large scale customers on ongoing projects.

This will be a key role working with the Project Manager ensuring coordination of technical information between internal departments & the customer side team to ensure the flow of information, controlling of deadlines, managing customer expectation & contract changes/variations.
