Job summary

Omega Resource Group in Aberdeen is seeking a Project Coordinator on a 6-month contract in the Oil & Gas sector. You will report to the Customer Contract & Projects Manager and ensure the delivery of the agreed technical, commercial and legal scope within budget.

The role involves interpreting contracts, coordinating repairs and upgrades, maintaining margins, and providing clear status updates to customers and internal teams to support project success.

Qualifications

• Qualification in a relevant technical discipline.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer contractual conditions through the Contract Review process.
• Manage projects through the strip, overhaul, repair and upgrade while maintaining margins.
• Coordinate parts, rentals and shop packages to meet deadlines.
• Provide timely status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Record all communications and report progress for financial forecasting.
