In this fast-paced depot environment, you’ll build relationships, solve problems, and support sales through efficient coordination with drivers and fitters to ensure timely deliveries and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in hire desk administration or similar customer service role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate with drivers, fitters and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing hires across plant and tool equipment.
• Process hire desk administration and handle queries quickly and accurately.
• Ensure stock levels meet demand and identify sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with drivers and fitters for timely deliveries and collections.
• Resolve customer and supplier issues with professionalism.
