Greggs plc in Doncaster is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Manager isn’t present, motivate the team and ensure staff have what they need to do an amazing job.

You’ll oversee service across in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru, maintain high standards, oversee product prep, stock displays and shop presentation, while delivering excellent customer service and a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team and delivering customer service.
• Ability to manage shifts and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and uphold shop standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers quickly and warmly.
• Prepare products (e.g., sandwiches) and manage ovens.
• Keep displays fully stocked and shop presentation high.
• Ensure the shop is clean, tidy and presentable.
